Your day is approaching and after having allotted extensive time to planning, coordinating, and perfecting every aspect of your wedding, do you dare leave the execution of these details to chance? We will direct and coordinate everyone at the rehearsal and the activities on your wedding day. We will ensure your day runs smoothly and family and friends enjoy your wedding. As your personal assistant, this service is invaluable to every busy couple. This package does not include the design or planning of the details as with the Gracious or Glorious packages. Ala carte services are additional. • Full Day Coverage. • Consultation session four weeks prior to your wedding to gather, coordinate and finalize the details of your wedding day. • Assist with the final determination of the flow of the ceremony and reception. • Ongoing contact with wedding planner via phone or email. • Prepare timeline, checklists, schedules, and itinerary for the wedding day and rehearsal dinners. • Final confirmations made with vendors for the wedding day. • Final payments distributed. • Assistance with seating arrangements, place cards, etc. • Assistance if needed, during your final meeting with the reception venue & menu selections. • On-site inspection of ceremony and rehearsal venue(s). • Attend and direct ceremony rehearsal. • Attend & direct wedding ceremony. • Attend wedding reception and remain until festivities cease. • If needed, assistance with decor, prepare (i.e. folding) and distribute programs, bubbles, doves or butterflies, balloons, noisemakers, streamers, accessories, secure runner, pew décor. • One to four person team(s) to assist with needs of the day. • Oversee and coordinate the activities and give direction on processionals and recessionals. • Set up and break down, cameras, favors, menu cards seating cards, table decor. • Ensure you, your groom, and the families are comfortable and have all the attention and service you need while getting ready for the big day. • Essential wedding day kit prepared in case of emergencies. • Collection of your personal items at the end of the evening. • Ensure set up for your ceremony and reception, i.e. unity candles, coins, programs, accessories, favors, flutes, place cards, photographs, etc. • Ensure distribution and pinning of all corsages, boutonnieres, wedding flowers, and flower girl baskets. • Handle last-minute changes, for example: no-shows, cancellations.
